Best Band On Campus (“BBOC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit the BBOC website, join an interest list, nominate a band, submit band information, contact us, or follow a link to our community.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

You may provide your name, email address, band name, college or university, city and state, social-media handles, nomination details, and optional messages. If you choose to join the BBOC community, Mighty Networks collects information under its own privacy policy. Framer and other service providers may automatically collect device, browser, cookie, IP-address, and website-usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the site.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to respond to you; review band-interest and fan-nomination submissions; send updates when you have agreed to receive them; operate, protect, and improve BBOC; prevent misuse; and comply with legal obligations. A nomination or early-access submission is not an official competition entry and does not guarantee selection or participation.

We may share information with service providers that help us host the site, process forms, deliver communications, or operate the community; when required by law; to protect BBOC, our users, or others; or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money. Third-party websites and services linked from this site, including Mighty Networks and social platforms, follow their own privacy practices.
